[scribus] Scribus document size changing

Hi All,

I'm running scribus 1.3.5 on Ubuntu's Jaunty Jacalope platform.  Using a
template I've used before I have created a document with the custom document
size set to 8.5 in x 11.0 in.  When I create a PDF from the document it
comes out at 9.00 in x 11.5 in.

Can anyone tell me what is happening?
