[scribus] How long to ship manual from FLES?

Even if it's shipped from the UK, it shouldn't take more than a week. I
ship things back/forth to/from the UK quite frequently. Even a week is
being conservative; I would expect it normally in less, although it depends
a bit on what class of shipping they have used.
