[scribus] moncal documentation needs work

I just installed a new system here, and went to
http://docs.scribus.net/index.php?lang=en&page=moncal
in order to try to calibrate my new monitor and graphics card.

Unfortunately, the instructions seem to be incomplete.

1. Under the first screenshot, the step says "Then, select", but the rest
of the instruction is missing. [Depending on what is missing here, maybe
everything else on the page will make sense.]

2. Under "Setting Gamma", it says "Now that we have switched the monitor
temperature to 6500K..." but there is no prior instruction to that effect,
and it's not obvious in lprof itself how to do that (especially since the
Help in lprof is completely nonfunctional here, so I'm flying blind, as it
were.)

3. The instructions continue: "...set the same in the white point drop down
list", but there is no drop-down list on that screen.

Could someone knowledgeable please take a look at the instructions and try
to make them more coherent for clueless folk like me?
