[scribus] stroke under text and vertical alignment

Hi.

- stroke under text - 
i have to place a stroke (black, 1px) under the text.
you can see a sample in sample.png (strange, uh? ;)

therefore, i have also to place images near text as you can see.
how can i do it?
can i do it in paragraph style?

- vertical alignment -
i have seen an open bug, and also one mail saying that this feature *may* be 
implemented in 1.3.4 (without rewriting all the style system)

how many far are we?

i am getting close to scribus right now, so any help and RTFM is welcome :)
