[scribus] putting Scribus on a CD

There is Portable Scribus, though not as part of the Portable Apps
Suite. I haven't used it for a while, and didn't try the latest version,
but you can find it at http://www.quate.net/newsnet/read/31.

The version you get there at the moment is 1.3.3.12.
