[scribus] Help! Plugin

Hello,
I need to build a plugin and I had no success to find this file:
donothingplugin-1.0.tar.gz

Scribus tutorial tells me:
"Download the donothingplugin-1.0.tar.gz example from
http://docs.scribus.net, unpack it and browse it."
But I couldn't find it....
