Greg Acroread 9 (which is avail on windows) will do booklet printing for
you. So Bo just needs to export his A5 document to PDF as normal and
then tell AcorRead to print it as a booklet (multipage printing option
on AcroRead 9). Older versions of AcroRead (can't remember if 8 does
but6 it might) wouldn't let you booklet just do n-up...
