[scribus] Flattening pdf1.4 with transparency.

Scribus does not flatten pdf 1.4 output which is required by some
printers, such as LSI. After much conversation and some
experimentation I came up with this scheme.
-----------------------------------------------------
1. Export file as pdf 1.4
2. View file in recent Acrobat Reader.
3. Print to PostScript file, first adjusting the papersize to actual
document dimensions.
4. run ps2pdf13 filename.ps newname.pdf

This makes the pdf 1.3 with transparency preserved. Whether LSI will
accept it without modification is a question, since it doesn't say
PDFx1/a:2001 or Distiller in the file. But at least it is flattened.
