Hi Dylan,

There have been 10 posts to the mailing lists today before yours, so I am not 
sure why you think this.

bugs.scribus.net has a roadmap section which indicates the remaining work 
before 1.3.5 (development series) will be released and the bugs currently 
planned to be worked on with 1.3.6. This roadmap page is the official roadmap.

We will release 1.3.3.13 (stable series) eventually, but there are not that 
many issues that grab our attention and can be fixed within the context of that 
codebase.
