[scribus] Images and tyhe Gimp

Hi,
I use Scribus on Windows and have the Gimp installed.  When I want to 
edit an image the message is that Gimp is not installed. Where can I 
Scribus where the Gimp is installed (Program files)
I imported an image into  a picture frame, but the picture is larger 
than the frame and so the picture is cut off. How do I scale the image 
to the frame?
