[scribus] re washed out printout

The main printer I am using is a Xerox Phaser 8560 with 4 solid
ink CMYK colors.  At first I though the problem might be with the
printer.  That's why I tried a totally different printer.  Same
result.  I tried a Windows XP instead of FreeBSD and same result.

The problem seems to be all pointing at Scribus.
