[scribus] Trouble downloading Scribus

OK.

I successfully downloaded and installed  Scribus  v.1.3.3.10. When I 
open it, I get a message that Ghostscript is not installed. However, 
I followed the directions for installing Ghostscript and it is now in 
Libraries->Frameworks->Ghostscript.framework etc.

Now what?
