I have checked out the concept with "powers that be" at Pantone. *If* you
have legitimate access to Pantone's EPS files, you are allowed to import
these colors into Scribus.
If you go to Pantone's site, it takes a little figuring out, but there is
a way of "joining" a group for free at Pantone, after which you can, for
free, download their Bridgepoint software, which includes these EPS files.
