If you're running Scribus in German, there should be German-language 
help available with F1 -- we can use more translations to German and 
other languages at the wiki site for anyone wanting to contribute.

Our official Scribus Manual in print is in the works. It will be in 
print in English only, but translations to German and other languages 
are planned as downloadable files.
