no, as far as i know.

don't be ashamed.
A4 is short for DIN A4
= Deutsche (german) Industrie Norm.
A4 = 210 x 297 mm
A3 = double A4 (420 x 297 mm)
A2 = double A3 (420 x 594 mm)
and so on.
so if you know the measures of one format, you know them all.
same with Bn, Cn.
