[scribus] scribus-ng becomes 1.3.5svn on Debian/Ubuntu

This is the expected behavior - new versions can load files from all 
previous versions. It doesn't necessarily work the other way around.
If you save with 1.3.5, 1.3.3.x and older can't open the file.
