I agree with Greg. 1.3.4 really seemed to be a step too far (at the time) to do anything useful with. I'm not griping, it was a means to an end, and very necessary. 1.3.5SVN is more stable, and with so many ubuntu/debian users these days, you'll get less useless bugreports about 1.3.4 problems which have been fixed a long time ago.
Also we keep seeing people on the list with problems with 1.3.4 which is 9-12 months old ??. If going to use the bleeding edge, it might as well be the extreme bleeding edge, then at least feedback to the devs is timely and useful.
