[scribus] new to scribus

At least in 1.3.3.x it seems that the frames you join must not merely be 
empty, but must be unused.

Once or twice I've tried to 'recycle' used but empty frames without success.

I've sometimes thought it would be useful to be able to join frames 
containing text too.  Just link the frames and concatenate the texts ?
