Hmmm.  Best way to promote book sales might be to license it under the 
Creative Commons, make it available to the world over the Internet, and 
encourage readers to review it, and hope it becomes a staple of 
educational institutions around the world, who will then purchase and 
promote it.  Not to mention, speaking engagements and workshop 
invitations to the authors.

In the meantime, keep in mind, there are literally millions of workers 
losing jobs, and tens of millions over the next few months, who will be 
unable to purchase your manual.  But, hey, you keep working with 
flesbooks.com and enjoy the income they provide you.
