[scribus] Speeding up Scribus WinXP

well... i chose for the easiest way ^^... im on my brother pc, so, for now
it seems going better. thanx to SATA hdd and Core2duo cpu.

for the images, i prefer keeping them at low-res, but visible. it helps me
in laying out.

thanks for support! and if there are some triks to faster it, i'm always
interested in.
