[scribus] Why to I have to set the screen size in Scribus?

I am intrigued as to why you would want to do this. I suspect that if
it were set automatically, there would be those who would prefer to set
it manually.

Also, my 1280x1024 physical screen size could well be different to the
physical size of the next monitor with that resolution.

You are, after all, just laying out, and any precision placement would
be done under a zoom.
