[scribus] Quad fold

If I understand what you want to do:

In the New Document dialog, choose Single Page, the appropriate size 
paper, landscape orientation.
In right lower corner of ND dialog, check Automatic Text Frames, then 
select 4 columns, adjust gap as desired.
You can choose the number of pages if you wish (upper right corner), or 
simply add new ones later, which will automatically have a text frame 
(linked) with 4 columns.

If you are going to print this from Scribus for any reason, note that 
you must still print with a landscape setting.
