[Scribus] Text box formatting bug

I'm not seeing this bug on Scribus 1.3.3.12svn under Debian Unstable. It's
possible that it was fixed and your version is just too old. Please update it
from our repositories. See http://debian.scribus.net for complete information
on how to get an up-to-date Gutsy scribus package.
