[Scribus] Creating custom image frames with GIMP and Inkscape

+    oh...oh... custom  image  frame  like that... very nice !
I was thinking... hmmm... why not just size the frame in
Scribus if you need a custom size.  Your technique goes
a lot further... thanks for the tip !
