[Scribus] Not sure if I NEED Scribus. . .

Dear Dax702

My book layout is simple. It's just text from left
to right, no columns or tables or any weird layout things. Below the text
will be an image of some music notation. Then below that, more text, all
the way through the book.

Could I just use something like Open Office Writer or Word or Wordperfect to
to layout this simple book? The question is, which of these programs has the
best import features for graphics such as EPS or PNG perhaps?

EPS maybe difficult PNG is supported, if you have simple layouts use the
open office writer it will save you a lot of time in my opinion, Samuel
