[Scribus] Scribus compile on Fedora 8 x86_64

Looks like the configure script does not find the python library. On openSuSE 
it' s in /usr/lib and the rest of python is in /usr/lib/python. 

I think you need to tell configure where the runtime data for python is and 
not only the include files.
