I think I will try. Maybe is a way to working, but with no real accurate
color control as it's normal here, and a case of a two colors print with
photograhs, I don't see more solution than a grayscale image working
with just one black channel.

yes, I thought in this option. I'm using Krita to convert to cmyk, but
till a minute before I didn't realize that I can separate the channels
in layers and erase the color information there.
