[Scribus] Vertical alignment of text in frame

I am not a Scribus Guru, but I advise you to use other tools along with
Scribus. You can use Inkscape with which you can easily create SVG images
and make it as book cover. You can import these SVG's into Scribus.

As a project manager for my publishing company, I advise my employees to use
combination of tools so that the weakness of one can be countered by
strength of other. Simple strategy!!
