[Scribus] Textcolor doesn't work

It wouldn't be a issue if you were using a greater resolution/monitor.

Anyways, you can always use the menu Style > Color (the text frame must be 
selected, otherwise it won't work) or use a predefined text style. The Story 
Editor also has the ability to change the text color.

(Yes, it's) A bit strange if you get used with those InDesign tabs.
