[Scribus] linking textframes

ie,
1. select first frame
2. click linking icon on toolbar
3. select next frame
4. continue 3. for any further frames.
5. when you are finished, click linking icon again or click outside of 
your linked frames
6. for adding more linked frames later, select any of the linked frames, 
click linking icon, click next frame -- will always be appended to end.
