My experience with print shops is that they just want "CMYK PDF". They
usually have "Euroscale" on their flyers, so EuroscaleCoated is your
best bet. Don't talk about PDF/X or ICC profiles - they'll get nervous
and worried, fast. I'm talking about small to medium size shops, though
- they don't have top-notch equipment, but results are pretty good.
