Jan, could you please give me more specific explanation of how you do it?

BTW, I printed to PS from Acrobat and just did a ps2pdf13 from there. I'd have 
to check the PDF file in Acrobat Professional once I get a chance, but at 
least it looks alright in Acroread for Linux.
