[Scribus] Downloading source and compiling

CVS is the current code, something between version and the
forthcoming A CVS snapshot is unreleased code.

The .tar.bz file is the source for version

The .src.rpm file is the same source as above, but packaged so that on
machine with a full development enviroment installed a binary rpm file
can be generated automatically:

rpm --rebuild scribus-

would generate scribus-

Generally doesn't work, due to different library locations.

tar zxvf scribus-
cd scribus-

(install the missing xxxx-devel packages if the script complains about
missing libs)

make install (as root)
