[Scribus] Using Scribus with Cairo

The problem is, I can't seem to install cairo.
I'm not quite the computer tech-y either. So I'm also quite confused as to
what cmake is and what exactly "-DPREFIX_CAIRO:PATH=path to your
cairo/libcairo.so.2" that means.
