[Scribus] Using Scribus with Cairo

Hi everyone,
I'm new to using Scribus and I'm having trouble figuring out how to add
Cairo with the application.
I want to be able to use functions that say:
"Note: This feature is only available when Scribus is compiled with Cairo
1.2+"

How exactly can I compile Scribus with Cairo?
