You can download an RPM of 1.3.3.10svn (which is better than 1.3.3.9) here: 
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mrdocs/Fedora_8/i386/scribus-1.3.3.10svn-57.1.i386.rpm

To install this version, just download the package. Don't forget to remove 
1.3.4 before. Then type in a shell: rpm -i scribus-1.3.3.10svn-57.1.i386.rpm
