[Scribus] Watermarks on a Scribus page

OO.o has a feature that allows an image to be a watermark, very pale and just 
visible on a page.
Is there a way to do this in Scribus 1.3.3.9 without resorting to first 
adjusting the image in gimp or photoshop

Basically I need just a hint of colour on 2/3 of an A4 page and have a forest 
image that will do the job in OO.o but I can't get the same results in Scribus.
Can anyone help please.
