[Scribus] Tutorial download problem.

The "glitches" are those of Wikimedia. Trying a different browser may 
help, but as we have discussed before, they are unlikely to print out 
well in any browser.
So far, no one has wanted to tackle the job of translating to PDF -- it 
would really be like starting over again.
