[Scribus] Inkscape to Scribus to pdf

Don't know the answer to that one, but if it doesn't the following may help.  
I understand that Inkscape saves to svg.  Krita can read svg, I believe, and 
can translate to CMYK.  It's all hearsay - I've not done it myself - but from 
fairly reliable sources.
