[Scribus] XML encoding of .sla ITEXT

Thanks. I was looking at that before I sent the email.
What I need is confirmation of the other non-standard (eg. ) et. al
I think (from looking at scribusXML.cpp) that it is possible to get
x4, x5, x9, x13 (more?)
From the link given,  is a control char

In the .sla file it shows up representing tabs.
