[Scribus] Submit form locally in HTML or XML

I still can't quite get it to work. As a note, I'm running this on
Windows. I right click on the submit button and go to pdf options>field
properties>action and then I make the button a "submit button" then I type
in C:\ or C:/ (neither works) and make sure the "submit as HTML" isn't
clicked. Then I save it as a .pdf. When I open it in Adobe reader and
click submit it says that it must be running in a browser to submit
(something I would rather not do) so I open it in Firefox and it says that
it doesn't know that address. I think I'm just being really stupid because
I know this has to be possible.

Thanks
