[Scribus] Non-printing remarks

 Did you already try PDF annotations? In case you didn't, try this:

1. Create a text frame anywhere you like or think the recipient should read 
the information.

2. Right Click and choose PDF Options - Is PDF Annotation

3. Write the info text into the text frame.

The annotation will not be printed, but can be read in Adobe Reader.
