[Scribus] Non-printing remarks

Is it possible to include non-printing remarks on a Scribus project? It would
be handy to be able to note special instructions or whatever on a project so
when you come back to print it again in a month you'll remember what it is that
you did the last time. "Impose second page upside down", "Remember to change
the date", "Left side is the lead edge". And so on.

I'm thinking of something along the line of a little window in the corner that
would pop up when a project is first loaded. You could close it or edit it
there, or reopen it from the menu.

What do you think?
