[Scribus] type /with/ graphic problem

+   oops... Craig, one more problem with this answer...
maybe I dont have the newest version Scribus... but I
looked, and cant find where to SET Frame Background
color to none !
       I found a menu of colors for the text frame.. but none
of these appear to be Transparent, or "none" ?
