[Scribus] New Documentation

Well,
I was just on the site, and it is great.  Peter is doing a great job.  I 
hope to get to know more about this product when it becomes available on the 
Windows Platform, and help out with more documentation.  Until I can open my 
own Photo Studio, I am stuck using my bosses computers. ;)
