Only that you can stack all that into one command in kprinter. If you
will always be printing to this page size etc then I'd set up a new
command (When you go to the drop down menu to pick your filter click the
rectangle with the star instead)

The click edit command and enter the following:

psbook -16 %filterinput | psnup -2 w-21cm -h16.3cm -W10.5cm -H16.3cm %
filteroutput

Then set the MIME type to application/pdf

*think* that should do the trick -giving you a pdf from one job... wont
be quicker but will be less steps for you...

You could probably also do the same by putting psbook and psnup in
separately and the filter with both selected.

(I am not sure what the default psnup, psbook settings in kprinter are
as I've messed them about!!

Previously there were 'broken' bits in scribus print (things didn't
quite print how you thought they would or how they exported using export
to pdf. They may all be fixed now? But just be aware that the
developers have previously said that scribus print function is really
intended for proofing rather than final work... so check the pdf
carefully.
