Just ideas:

- steering sequences like [{i(indexed term)}]
                          ^^ beginning of steering sequence
			    ^ indexing
			      ^ names to put in index

  [{}] purely arbitral maybe everything. IMO should avoid existing
  syntaxes (like LaTeX - \i{})
- only StoryEditor; maybe some hints visible on canvas like highlighting
  and tooltips when hovering; eventually indexing with mouse actions on
  canvas and keyboard in StoryEditor.

Maybe some scripting to allow automation but remember: for many
languages full automation will never work. Manual job will be always
required.
