[Scribus] how to import cmyk-picture

hi,
is there the possibility to import a cmyk-picture with transparent
background in scribus ?

i discoverd scribus is able to import jpeg and tiff cmyk pictures.
jpeg doesn't support transparency, so i have to use tiff.

but if i import cmyk tiff, written with imigemagicks ,,convert'' the
colors are broken.
scribus is able to import tiff files produced by tifficc, which does not
support transparency.

i am using ubuntu breezy, may be there is the tiff libary broken ?
