[Scribus] Filling in forms which are supplied as PDFs

Rasterization is not a problem for him. Suppose he can tag the layer of
the placed pdf not printable. What he need to do is to print the
original pdf with acrobat reader, refill that printed paper to paper
feeder and print the contents of form from Scribus to it again.
