[Scribus] cmake and 1.3.4cvs

Its a choice.. cmake/make or make-f Makefile.cvs/configure/make

If you want to try out cmake and you build cmake cvs, then read up on how to 
do a cmake out of source build on our wiki, then you can possibly use both 
cmake and autotools on the same source tree.
